Errol Naiman is a strategic leader, mathematician, and innovator with a lifelong commitment to bridging the gap between student potential and academic success. As Founder, Chairman, and CEO of CollegeEssentials.org (CES4All), he leads the development of AI-enhanced educational solutions designed to double STEM success rates for underprepared students, with a particular focus on those at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

- Strategic Leadership and Innovation: Specializes in identifying breakthrough opportunities in emerging technologies and assembling creative teams to bring them to fruition.
- Educational R&D: Previously served as a consultant for Apple on its DARPA learning technologies project and as Director of Development for the eoe Foundation, where he led the creation of a $2 million web-based learning prototype for the Department of Defense Joint Chiefs of Staff.
- Actuarial & Systems Expertise: While still an undergraduate, he was recruited by the Canadian Royal Commission to deliver two versions of a major actuarial system for the railway pension in just 80 days using an innovative “seriatim” individual record method.
